PERSONAL HYGIENE AND HOUSEHOLD CLEANING
How The Mills of Gods rate our hygiene
and cleanliness of our household.
HOW THE GODS' MILLS RATE OUR HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS OF OUR HOUSEHOLD:
First and foremost, it is necessary to realize that the MILLS OF GODS are programmed to possess SUPREME SENSITIVITY (DIVINE SENSITIVITY). The MILLS OF GODS observe how each person treats their own body and their own possessions, as well as the property entrusted to their care. They also monitor how one treats the property of others.
THEY SEE EVERYTHING. NOTHING IS HIDDEN FROM THEIR KEEN SIGHT.
On this page, we will discuss several rules encoded within the "MILLS OF GODS"—rules that, when followed, bring us blessings.
There is a specific procedure for everything—one that our ABSOLUTE HOLY FATHER and our ABSOLUTE HOLY MOTHER find most pleasing and upon which they have agreed.
Children need to be taught these RULES from an early age so they get used to them.
Everyone in every household should adopt these RULES at home.
Since they involve using a bit more water,
the price of water will drop tenfold immediately after the RADICAL TAKEOVER.
Personal and household hygiene determine whether household members might contract stomach flu—characterized by vomiting and diarrhea—and failure to observe these guidelines increases susceptibility to respiratory illnesses.
(We want to warn you to be careful not to say things like, "I'm going to sh*t myself over this..." If you do, it could easily catch up with you, and then you might actually sh*t yourself in a truly unpleasant way. People say all sorts of nonsense, and it all accumulates. Pay attention to how you speak about yourself and others.)
Failure to observe hygiene regulations also causes wrinkles.
These regulations involve clockwise movements; thus, anyone who cleans and washes thoroughly and correctly gains "life units" from the process.
However, one must not overdo it—washing or cleaning obsessively would result in a waste of water and cleaning agents.
_____________
EVERYONE, WASH YOUR HANDS THOROUGHLY.
When do we wash our hands?
Always when coming in from outside, taking off our shoes AND PUTTING ON SLIPPERS (In some countries, it is not customary to change from outdoor shoes into slippers or indoor footwear. This practice should be adopted everywhere. We do not enter the home wearing outdoor shoes.) and even before taking off our coat or jacket.
Before preparing food—the person preparing the meal.
Before eating—everyone, including the person who prepared the meal.
If something falls on the floor and we have to wash it, then afterwards.
If we touch the dirty ground.
After blowing our nose or wiping a runny nose.
If we take off our socks.
Before washing our body.
Before doing any cleaning.
Before washing our face.
Before brushing our teeth.
If we touch waste or the trash can.
After touching something dirty.
Ideally, we wash with a disinfecting soap
that is eco-friendly and does not irritate the skin on our hands.
We wash frequently.
You must realize that there is an invisible energy grid of AETHER everywhere, and all odors and dust—in the form of tiny particles of matter—adhere to it.
This contaminated AETHER transfers to and clings to your hands when you touch something unsuitable. This AETHER resembles a layer of slime surrounding all objects and the Earth itself. Thus, when you touch something dirty, the dirt clings to you as well in the form of this invisible AETHER. Viruses and bacteria multiply within the AETHER. Mold spores are present there. Parasite eggs are there, too.
That is why it matters if we don't wash our hands properly.
We always carry hand sanitizer in our handbags or bags so we can disinfect our hands whenever washing them isn't an option—especially before picking up baked goods in a store, for instance. We are very careful not to touch any baked goods we aren't actually taking.
HOW TO WASH YOUR HANDS PROPERLY
We always first identify which hand—or which part of a hand—is dirty (or dirtier), as we avoid touching the faucet with that hand. A single-lever faucet is preferable because we do not have to touch it with a dirty hand; instead, we can use a clean part of the hand or arm. Touch-free faucets with photocells are even better.
We wash our hands with cold water.
Here is the procedure to follow if the right hand is dirtier than the left:
Using the cleanest available part of your left hand, turn on the cold water tap and wet the back of your right hand and your right palm first, followed by your left palm and finally the back of your left hand. Turn off the tap with your left hand. Take the soap in your left hand (use liquid soap with a pump dispenser) and lather the back of your right hand first with four quick clockwise motions, then the right palm with four clockwise motions. Switch hands and lather the left palm with the right palm using four clockwise motions, then lather the back of the left hand with the right hand using four clockwise motions. Now, turn on the tap with your left hand and—using your left hand—wash the back of your right hand with four clockwise motions, followed by the right palm with four clockwise motions; then, using your right hand, wash the left palm with four clockwise motions and finally the back of the left hand with your right palm using four clockwise motions. Turn off the tap with your left hand.
If the left hand is dirtier, the procedure is exactly the reverse. The right hand turns the tap, the left hand is wetted first—starting with the back of the hand—and then the left hand is washed by the right, again starting with the back of the hand.
This method uses the least amount of water, and you perform clockwise movements.
GODS' MILLS award life units for the correct technique and thoroughness when washing hands. If you wash your hands properly, you stay healthier and are less likely to catch stomach flu or respiratory viral infections.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR TEETH
We brush our teeth with cold water. It is very healthy for them and reveals any problems.
Unhealthy teeth react to the cold with pain.
If you persist in following our rules, they will stop reacting. If you want to save them, pray for help and clean them daily and consistently according to our INSTRUCTIONS.
If you have decayed teeth, opt exclusively for white fillings.
Amalgam fillings must be professionally drilled out and replaced; consult a specialist.
Amalgam is toxic. It contains mercury (Hg), which is released into your saliva and accumulates
in the body. The removal process must be performed carefully to ensure you do not inhale amalgam
vapors or swallow any fragments. Gold teeth are unhealthy because an electric current flows
between them. You ingest the resulting byproducts, which alter your gastric juices.
You should have gold teeth removed.
If you have tartar, you need to visit a dental hygienist to have it thoroughly scraped off—including beneath the gumline. – This should be done without surgery or gum detachment, but try to avoid having ultrasonic cleaning used on you if possible. If manual removal isn't feasible, ultrasonic cleaning is acceptable, but it should be kept to a minimum.
GO FOR A DENTAL HYGIENE APPOINTMENT EVERY SIX MONTHS.
Mouthwashes are generally not suitable;
they contain harsh ingredients and promote bacterial growth.
Don't be afraid to invest in your teeth; they are fundamental to your body's health.
Clean your teeth the way *we* recommend.
You will need to use more toothpaste and more water.
Teach your children to brush their teeth correctly to prevent decay, as dental repairs are very expensive. It varies by country, but in the Czech Republic, dental care—including professional cleaning—is very costly.
Do not use interdental brushes; they widen the gaps between teeth and are unhealthy for the gums, causing them to recede. If something is stuck between your teeth and won't come out, use a wooden toothpick.
NOW THE TEETH CLEANING:
You should clean your mouth twice a day
—in the morning after breakfast and in the evening before going to bed.
If your mouth feels unpleasant after the night and you do not want to swallow the bacteria that have accumulated while you slept, give your teeth and tongue a quick clean before breakfast so that your mouth feels fresh when you eat.
Now, here is the procedure for thorough cleaning:
First, place a rinsing cup on your left—ideally one that is unbreakable and easy to clean.
Then, get a toothbrush—not too soft, but not hard either;
choose a medium-firm brush so you don't damage your gums.
Next, place your toothpaste on the right. Wash your hands before brushing your teeth.
Now, apply a little toothpaste to the brush and hold it in your left hand. Clean the brush with your left thumb and rinse it with water.
Apply toothpaste to the brush again and begin cleaning your tongue—making 24 strokes from back to front across its entire width, ideally moving from left to right.
Now, rinse the brush with water while cleaning it with your thumb.
Rinse your mouth with water.
Do not spit into the drain; spit to the side instead. One does not spit into the drain.
Now apply toothpaste to your brush and clean the back teeth on the upper left side—brushing 24 times (count as you go) in a clockwise motion as far back as possible, then move to the next section for 24 strokes, and finally the front-most back section for 24 strokes. Next, move to the upper left front area. Brush the rear section 24 times, shift the brush and brush 24 times, then brush the upper front section 24 times. Continue using a clockwise motion.
Now move to the lower left side of your mouth and brush the inner surfaces of the back teeth. Again, brush 24 times in a clockwise motion (count as you go), shift the brush to the middle section and brush 24 times, then shift again and brush 24 times. Now clean the lower left front area, starting from the back for 24 strokes, shift the brush, and then brush the front of the teeth 24 times.
Now rinse your mouth, wash your toothbrush with water, and apply fresh toothpaste.
Now, proceed to clean the right side of your mouth, starting again at the top and working inwards; clean the inner surfaces of the teeth—24 strokes at the back, 24 in the middle, and 24 at the front. Move to the outer surfaces of the upper right jaw, cleaning with a clockwise motion—24 strokes in each of the three sections (back, middle, and front). Finally, clean the lower right jaw: first the back teeth (24 strokes in each of the three sections), followed by the front teeth on the right (again, 24 strokes in each of the three sections). Maintain a clockwise motion throughout, whenever possible. Now, rinse your toothbrush with water and clean it with toothpaste, rinse your mouth, and tidy up: wash out the rinsing cup, ensure there is no water around the sink, and make sure the sink is free of spit, toothpaste, or food residue. Wash your hands. Clean the cup, toothbrush holder, toothbrush, and toothpaste tube with disinfectant once a week.
This dental hygiene routine is essential;
many other factors depend on it for your health and happiness.
Teeth are connected to the entire body—and to specific organs—via reflex nerve pathways.
If teeth are dying, it signals that the corresponding organs are overburdened and not functioning properly.
Therefore, by taking the best possible care of your teeth, you send a signal to your organs to detoxify.
If you wear dentures instead of natural teeth, you must clean them correctly, following the instructions provided by the person who made them.
The goal is to keep the dentures clean after every meal and prevent bad breath.

SACRED BODY HYGIENE
We shower daily in a way that avoids wasting water.
We wash with lukewarm water, using our left hand (or the right where the left cannot reach) and moving in a clockwise direction.
First, quickly spray yourself with water to wet the skin so it lathers well and the soap rinses off easily. Start with the face, neck, chest, and abdomen, then the shoulders, arms, and back, and finally the armpits—using clockwise motions with your left hand. Wash using liquid soap or a pump-dispenser shower gel. Then, rinse off using clockwise motions with your left hand. Next, wash the genital area at the front, using your left hand in a clockwise motion. Rinse your hand twice. Then, rinse the genital area with water and rinse your hand once. Finally, soap up your buttocks and rinse your hand twice. Rinse off and rinse your hand once.
Next, we wash our feet: first the left foot using the left hand to make clockwise circles, then the right foot using the left hand, also in a clockwise motion. Finally, we wash the soles of the feet. We start with the left foot—washing thoroughly between the toes from left to right and rinsing the hand—then move to the right foot and rinse the hand again. From time to time, we scrub our feet with a brush. We check for any signs of fungal infection on the nails or between the toes; if any is found, we treat it immediately with tea tree oil or potassium permanganate after thoroughly washing and drying the area.
We will talk about the sacred hygiene of the body on television after the RADICAL TAKEOVER, because the price of water will first have to drop tenfold.

HOUSEHOLD CLEANING
Household cleaning involves rules for every task in the home.
You will learn them after the RADICAL TAKEOVER.
All household members aged 12 and older must participate in household cleaning.
Implement this immediately. The father draws up the list of chores—specifying who does what and when—in full cooperation with the mother.
The father is responsible for maintaining order in the household, and the mother respects this; the father, in turn, respects the mother.
Children begin learning these tasks at age 12 and are not permitted to protest; helping with the cleaning at home is a sacred duty for them. They may start learning earlier if they enjoy it.
Everything is cleared away in a clockwise direction using the left hand, whenever possible.
From top to bottom, from back to front, from left to right.
To perform a sacred cleaning, you need disinfectants—many of which currently on the market are of poor quality or in short supply—and the process consumes a vast amount of water, far more than you use now; consequently, these practices are taught only when the ABSOLUTE MATRIX LAW arrives and the cost of water drops.
